Appointments
We are currently accepting new patients. Please call our office at 406-761-5252 to schedule an appointment. Once you make an appointment, that time will be reserved for you. If, for some reason, you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment time, please call us to reschedule as soon as possible.
What to bring to your First Appointment
To provide you with prompt and thorough treatment, please be sure to bring the following when you visit our practice for your initial visit:
- Insurance Information/Card
- Photo Identification
- Any medical records pertaining to your visit
Please arrive 15 to 20 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow for completion of proper registration paperwork.
